The Edison Street Inn has labored to provide the unique blend of a private residence with comfortable guest accommodations. The Inn was designed with the utmost intent to establish an environment conducive to couples seeking a romantic getaway amidst the rolling hills, vineyards, and country charm of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Inn policies reflect our desire to meet guest expectations and to provide couples with a memorable experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY is 10 days prior to date of arrival. If cancellation occurs during this time, guests are responsible for the full amount of their stay unless we can re-rent the room for the same time period. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee equal to 10% of the total stay.

Privacy: Our intimate size requires that use of the Inn be limited to registered guests only.

Occupancy : Maximum of 2 persons per room

We have a NO PET and NO SMOKING policy. Smoking includes cigars, cigarettes, pipes, and burning of candles in rooms.

All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card, which will be charged for the first night's stay at time of booking. Posted rates do not include county bed taxes.

We can provide secure bicycle storage on site, if requested at time of booking. Bicycles are not allowed inside of the Inn or on porches.

Our room rate includes a complimentary breakfast for two at a popular local breakfast house, one block from the Inn. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and beverages are served each evening from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
