Welcome
to the Edison Street Inn located in the beautiful Santa Ynez
Valley. The Inn was built on a one quarter acre parcel in the
heart of the historic western town of Santa Ynez and is fashioned
in the likeness of an 1890's Victorian Farmhouse. Construction
of the Inn was completed in 2004 and the doors opened in time
for the Christmas holidays.
|
| We
are situated amidst the rolling hills of the Santa Barbara County
Wine Region where guests can enjoy visiting one of the many local
wineries or strolling the historic towns of Santa Ynez, Los Olivos,
Ballard, the Danish Village of Solvang and nearby Buellton. |

The
Inn combines the flavor of Victorian architecture and the Old
West, reminiscent of the transportation of Eastern elegance to
the rugged new territories of the West. Guests can enjoy summer
evenings on the Inn's large wrap-around front porch, stroll through
the peaceful garden area adjacent to a replica of an old water
tower, or relax on one of the private room balconies with wonderful
views of the Valley and surrounding town. |
| The
Inn's main interior includes wall coverings, flooring, moldings
and furniture reminiscent of the Victorian era. Guests can relax
and enjoy the warmth of a large stone fireplace while sipping
a glass of complimentary local wine, or a beverage, and enjoying
hors d'oeuvres in the late afternoon. |

Guests
are invited to enjoy one of our four distinctly designed rooms
decorated in themes of the Old West, from the elegant style
of San Francisco Victorian to the ruggedness of the western
bunkhouse.
